Comment: The exit sign on sheet A3.1 in the southwest stairway above door 1AB should be relocated to the Corridor 112 side of the door. See IBC section 1013.1. The First Floor Ceiling Plan on sheet A3.1 should specify exterior emergency egress lighting. See IBC section 1008.3.2 Item 5. Response: See sheet A3.1, added note at exterior wall mounted fixture L-10 at northeast stairwell, reads; "WALL MOUNT FIXTURE W/EMERGENCY BACK-UP." Comment: The Ceiling Plans on sheets A3.1 and A3.2 should specify minimum 90-minute back-up power for the emergency egress lights and exit signs. See IBC sections 1008.3.4 and 1013.6.3.
