<br /> <br />Product Data The illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, <br />brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the <br />Contractor to illustrate a material, product, or system. <br />Project The collective improvements to be constructed by the Contractor <br />pursuant to issuance of a Job order. A Project will consist of one <br />Job order and any Supplemental Job Orders issued. <br />Project Manager The authorized representative of the City who is assigned <br />immediate charge of the work of the project. <br />Proposal The offer or proposal of the Contractor submitted in response to the <br />City’s Request For Proposal for the selection of Contractor(s). <br />Usually referred to as the Contractor’s Proposal. <br />Proposer Any individual, firm, partnership, corporation or combination <br />thereof formally submitting a proposal for the work contemplated, <br />or any portion thereof, acting directly or through an authorized <br />representative. <br />Provide The all-inclusive actions required to furnish, install, connect, <br />adjust, test, and make ready for use or occupancy. <br />Punch List Shall have the meaning set forth in Article 12. <br />RFP The Request for Proposal issued by the City for the selection of the <br />Contractor(s). <br />Samples Physical examples that illustrate materials, equipment or <br />workmanship and establish standards by which the Work will be <br />judged. <br />Schedule of Prices Means the Unit Prices set forth in the Contract Documents. <br />Shop Drawings All drawings, diagrams, illustrations, brochures, standard schedules, <br />performance charts, instructions, and other data which are <br />specifically prepared by Contractor, a Subcontractor, manufacturer, <br />fabricator, supplier or distributor to illustrate some portion of the <br />Work, material or equipment. <br />Specifications Those portions of the Contract Documents consisting of written <br />technical descriptions of materials, equipment, construction <br />systems, standards, performance requirements and workmanship as <br />applied to the Work and certain administrative details applicable <br />thereto.
