<br />3.2.3 In the event of a conflict between the Detailed Scope of Work or the Contract Documents <br />and applicable laws, codes, ordinances, regulations or orders of governmental authorities <br />having jurisdiction over the Work or any portion thereof, or in the event of any conflict <br />between such applicable laws, codes, ordinances, regulations, or orders, the most <br />stringent requirements of any of the above shall govern and be considered as a part of this <br />Contract in order to afford the City the maximum benefits thereof. <br />3.3 No Warranties by the City <br />3.3.1 No information derived from inspection of records or reports of investigation concerning <br />the Work or conditions at the site(s) of the Work made or provided by the City will in any <br />way relieve the Contractor from its responsibility for properly performing its obligations <br />under the Contract Documents. Such records and reports are provided solely for the <br />convenience of the Contractor with no warranties whatsoever, express or implied, by the <br />City. Such records and reports are not part of the Contract Documents. The Contractor <br />shall make its own conclusions and interpretations from the data supplied, information <br />available from other sources, and the Contractor’s own observations. <br />3.3.2 The Contract Documents will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. <br /> <br />END ARTICLE 3
