October 23, 2024 <br />3 <br /> <br />President Schwab attended the Design Build Committee tour for the stadium project, View Ridge <br />Neighborhood meeting, and provided comments on the Compass Health and Lombard <br />neighborhood issues and complaints, and the voter pamphlet citizen initiatives. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson stated Council Member Rhyne and Tuohy <br />brought forward the Wage Theft Ordinance that will require a minor change in staff procedures, <br />and that Administration is in support of the ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />Assistant City Attorney Ramsey Ramerman stated he would provide comments for Agenda Item <br />No. 7 – Rezone of 1301 Lombard. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8084 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$4,714,342.82 for the period ending October 5, 2024, through October 11, 2024. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8085 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $5,571,936.46 for the period ending October 5, 2024. <br /> <br />AWARD - #2024-084 JOB ORDER CONTRACTING FOR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br /> <br />To award Request for Proposal #2024-084 Job Order Contracting (JOC) for General Construction <br />Services to Forma Construction Company, Burton Construction, Inc., and CDK Construction <br />Services for two years with one (1) bilateral option term of one year. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br />
