Section 17: Section 4.020.A of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended (EMC <br /> 19.04.020.A), definition of"Automobile service station" is hereby repealed. <br /> Section 18: Section 4.020.0 of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended(EMC <br /> 19.04.020.C), definition of"Cease(d)," which reads as follows: <br /> "Cease(d)" means, for purposes of Everett Municipal Code Section 19.38.040(B), <br /> to come to an end; to not use; to vacate. For purposes of EMC 19.38.040(B), no <br /> showing of intent to cease is required. <br /> Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Cease(d)" means, for purposes of Everett Municipal Code Chapter 19.38, to come <br /> to an end; to not use; to vacate. For purposes of EMC Chapter 19.38 no showing of <br /> intent to cease is required. <br /> Section 19: Section 4.020.0 of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended(EMC <br /> 19.04.020.C), definition of"Congregate care facility" which reads as follows: <br /> "Congregate care facility" means a residential facility for the elderly and/or <br /> handicapped persons. The minimum age limit for the elderly is fifty-five years for the <br /> residents, with younger spouses permitted. There shall be no age limit for the <br /> handicapped. The facility must have a central lobby, common dining area,hobby and/or <br /> recreational rooms. The fee structure shall include at least one meal per day in the <br /> common dining area. Accessory support uses for the tenants, such as pharmacies, <br /> banking service, etc., may be included. <br /> Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Congregate care facility" means a residential facility for the elderly.
