"Day care, family home" means day care provided in the home as an incidental use to <br /> the principal residential use of the property, for up to twelve children full time, or six <br /> adults full time, or as otherwise provided by the State of Washington. <br /> Section 21: Section 4.020.D of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended (EMC <br /> 19.04.020.D), definition of"Day care, mini center" is hereby repealed. <br /> Section 22: Section 4.020.D of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended (EMC <br /> 19.04.020.D), definition of"Detoxification center," which reads as follows: <br /> "Detoxification center " means a state-licensed facility where alcohol and drug abusers <br /> can be placed in lieu of incarceration for detoxification from the effects of alcohol and <br /> drugs. <br /> Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Detoxification center, drug rehabilitation" means a state-licensed facility where <br /> alcohol and drug abusers can be placed in lieu of incarceration for detoxification from the <br /> effects of alcohol and drugs. <br /> Section 23: Section 4.020.E of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended (EMC <br /> 19.04.020.E), definition of"Detoxification center," which reads as follows: <br /> "Everett general plan" means the series of documents adopted by the city council <br /> establishing the goals, objectives and policies of the city which are used to guide growth <br /> and development programs and ordinances of the city. <br /> Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Everett comprehensive plan" - see "comprehensive plan." <br /> Section 24: Section 4.020.M of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended(EMC <br /> 19.04.020.M), definition of"Manufactured home, designated" which reads as follows: <br /> "Manufactured home, designated" means a manufactured home constructed after June <br /> 15, 1976, in accordance with state and federal requirements for manufactured homes, <br /> which: <br /> 1. Is comprised of at least two fully enclosed parallel sections, each of which is not <br /> less than twelve feet wide by thirty-six feet long; <br /> 2. Was originally constructed with and now has composition or wood shake or <br /> shingle, coated metal, or similar roof of not less than 3:12 pitch; and <br /> 3. Has exterior siding similar in appearance to siding materials commonly used on <br /> conventional site-built uniform building code single-family residences. <br /> Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />
