"Manufactured home" means a manufactured home constructed after June 15, 1976, in accordance with state and federal requirements for manufactured homes, which: 1. Is comprised of at least two fully enclosed parallel sections, each of which is not less than twelve feet wide by thirty-six feet long; 2. Was originally constructed with and now has composition or wood shake or shingle, coated metal, or similar roof of not less than 3:12 pitch; and 3. Has exterior siding similar in appearance to siding materials commonly used on conventional site-built uniform building code single-family residences. Section 25: Section 4.020.0 of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended (EMC 19.04.020.0), definition of"Office" which reads as follows: "Office" means a building or portion thereof which is used for general business purposes not involving manufacturing, sale of inventory or provision of services involving manual skills or mechanical processes. Not included in the category of office are those businesses and occupations defined by this title as clinics, medical-related activities, personal services, financial institutions, service businesses, governmental offices or uses such as private clubs, lodges, or fraternal organizations. Is hereby amended to read as follows: "Office" means a building or portion thereof which is used for general business purposes not involving manufacturing, sale of inventory or provision of services involving manual skills or mechanical processes.
