Adult use businesses are permitted uses, consistent with the purpose and intent of <br /> this zone, provided they meet the Locational Requirements of Section 39.025.A. <br /> Section 8: Section 2.030.B of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended (EMC 19.02.030.B), which <br /> reads as follows: <br /> B. Following Streets or Alleys. Where a zone boundary is indicated as following a street or <br /> alley, the centerline of the street or alley is the zone boundary. <br /> Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> B. Where a conflict <br /> exists between this chapter and other regulations,the more stringent requirements shall apply. If <br /> the requirements of any section of this chapter conflict with any other section, the more <br /> restrictive requirement shall apply.
