GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING STUDY PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT BENTON SQUARE 18TH AVENUE WEST AND 100T" STREET SOUTHWEST EVERETT, WASHINGTON ES-7852.01 INTRODUCTION General This geotechnical engineering study (study) was prepared for the proposed residential development to be constructed on the west side of 18th Avenue West, immediately north of 100th Street Southwest and south of Loganberry Lane in Everett, Washington. To complete the scope of services we performed the following: • Laboratory testing of soil samples collected at the subsurface exploration locations; • Engineering analyses and recommendations for the proposed development, and; • Preparation of this report.
