3 project detail sheets <br /> 2 culvert detail sheets <br /> 4 planting plan sheets <br /> 4 traffic control plan sheets <br />• Final cost estimate including material quantity calculation spreadsheets in electronic Microsoft Excel <br />and PDF format. <br />• Final project manual including technical specifications in electronic Microsoft Word and PDF format. <br />The project will use WSDOT/APWA standard specification formatting. <br />• Final Construction stormwater pollution prevention plan (CSWPPP) in electronic Microsoft Word and <br />PDF format. <br />Assumptions: <br />• The City will provide the contract documents for inclusion in the project manual. <br />• One (1) round of City review and comment on the 100% plans, project manual, and cost estimate, if <br />any, to be incorporated in the final design. If additional rounds of review are performed, an additional <br />services agreement may be required. <br />• Based on assumption of precast concrete structures to be used, PACE Structural Engineers will <br />provide prescriptive performance specifications for the structure but will not provide structural <br />drawings. The construction contractor will be responsible for procuring the structure and providing <br />shop drawings for the engineers review during the construction phase. <br />• The design of the future water quality facilities is not included in this task and will not be included in <br />the submittal. <br /> <br />TASK 1000 – BID SUPPORT <br />PACE shall provide assistance during the Ad and Award process for the project. This work will include <br />supporting the City with Advertisement for Construction, and preparation of responses to bidder’s <br />questions and preparing addenda as required. <br />Deliverables <br />PACE will provide the following deliverables: <br />• Written responses to bidder’s questions. <br />• Up to two (2) addenda packages. <br />Assumptions: <br />• For budgeting purposes, up to two (2) addenda will be assumed. <br />• The City shall prepare a summary of the bids (bid tabulation). <br />• The Consultant shall not be required to attend bid opening. <br /> <br />Task 1100 – GEOTECHNICAL COLLECTION, DOCUMENTATION, AND SUPPORT <br />Geotechnical analysis will be provided by HWA GeoSciences as a subcontractor for the fish passage <br />crossing. Details of the scope provided by HWA are provided as an attachment. <br />
