6 temporary erosion and sediment control/demolition sheets <br /> 8 stormwater conveyance/grading plan and profile sheets <br /> 1 culvert plan and profile sheet <br /> 2 stream channel restoration sheets <br /> 4 paving and restoration plan sheets <br /> 3 project detail sheets <br /> 2 culvert detail sheets <br /> 4 planting/landscaping plan sheets <br /> 4 traffic control plan sheets <br />• 90% cost estimate including material quantity calculation spreadsheets in electronic Microsoft Excel <br />and PDF format. <br />• A 90% project manual including technical specifications in electronic Microsoft Word and PDF format. <br />The project will use WSDOT/APWA standard specification formatting. <br />• 90% Construction stormwater pollution prevention plan (CSWPPP) in electronic Microsoft Word and <br />PDF format. <br />Assumptions: <br />• The City will provide the contract/bidding documents for inclusion in the project manual. <br />• One (1) round of City review and comment preliminary plans, project manual, and cost estimate, if <br />any, to be incorporated in the 90% design. If additional rounds of review are performed, an additional <br />services agreement may be required. <br />• Based on assumption of precast concrete structures to be used, PACE Structural Engineers will <br />provide prescriptive performance specifications for the structure but will not provide structural <br />drawings. The construction contractor will be responsible for procuring the structure and providing <br />shop drawings for the engineers review during the construction phase. <br />• The design of the future water quality facilities is not included in this task and will not be included in <br />the submittal. <br /> <br />TASK 900 – FINAL BID PACKAGE, SPECIFICATIONS, AND ESTIMATE (PS&E) PRODUCTION <br />Upon receiving City comments on the 90% submittal package, PACE will develop a final set of <br />construction plans, project manual including required contract documents and special <br />provisions/technical specifications in WSDOT/APWA format, estimate of probable construction cost, and <br />CSWPPP for bidding. <br />Deliverables <br />PACE will provide the following deliverables: <br />• Final design plans (11”x17”) in electronic PDF format. It is anticipated that the following sheets will be <br />included in the 100% plan set: <br /> 1 cover sheet <br /> 1 legend and abbreviations sheet <br /> 1 general notes sheet <br /> 1 survey control sheet <br /> 6 temporary erosion and sediment control/demolition sheets <br /> 8 stormwater conveyance/grading plan and profile sheets <br /> 1 culvert plan and profile sheet <br /> 2 stream channel restoration sheets <br /> 4 paving and restoration plan sheets
