November 6, 2024 <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8092 declaring CTA H95E Breaker and a CAT CV75 Compactor Surplus, <br />and authorizing sale at public auction. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – 2008 NEW HOLLAND TRACTOR WITH TIGER BENGAL ARM MOWER <br /> SURPLUS AND SALE <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8093 declaring a 2008 New Holland Tractor with Tiger Bengal Arm <br />Mower surplus, and authorizing sale at public auction. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – DORN AVENUE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with Otak, Inc., for the Dorn <br />Avenue Drainage Improvements in the amount of $731,847. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – MARIYLN AVENUE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with PACE Engineers, Inc., <br />for the Marilyn Avenue Drainage Improvements in the amount of $575,000. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING & PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2410-30 <br /> <br />FIRST READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE appropriating the budget for the City of Everett for the year 2025, in the <br />amount of $944,422,185 <br /> Presented by Heide Brillantes, Finance <br /> <br />Considerable discussion ensued with Heide Brillantes and staff, answering council questions. <br /> <br />President Schwab opened the public hearing for Council Bill 2410-30 and stated it will remain <br />open until the November 20th regular council meeting. <br /> <br />The following members of the public spoke: Scott Murphy
