charges are based on projected water usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encouraged to <br /> obtain a copy of the Ordinance and determine estimated charges prior to permit application. The <br /> actual charges shall be computed by the Public Works reviewer per the ordinance in effect at the <br /> time and according to the information on the approved plans at the time of permit issuance. <br /> 11. Any on-site water main or public water amenity shall be staked within an easement to the City.The <br /> easement shall be 10' on one side of the water main and 5' on the other side of the water main <br /> and/or 5' on either side surrounding a service or hydrant. The easement documentation with legal <br /> description and exhibit shall be submitted to the City prior to issuance of permits. <br /> 12. An RPBA is required on the domestic service for premise protection on this site, and shall be located <br /> in an above-ground hot-box if located outside of the building, or can be located in the sprinkler riser <br /> room. <br /> 13. A DCDA is required on the fire service, and shall be located in a vault outside of the building if the <br /> connection from the main to the building is greater than 70ft, or located in the sprinkler riser room <br /> if within 70' of the connection to the main. <br /> 14. A DCVA is required on any proposed irrigation service and shall be located in an underground vault. <br /> 15. This project is subject to the grease control ordinance as a multi-tenant or strip space (ordinance <br /> 3071-08, Sec. 3.1.B).This means the project will be required to include an in-ground grease <br /> interceptor that serves lines from FOG-bearing drains. Please contact the City's Industrial <br /> Pretreatment Division with any questions about grease interceptor requirements while you are <br /> preparing your construction plans (pretreatment@everettwa.gov). <br /> 16. This project is subject to Transportation Mitigation in accordance with Ordinance 3389-14 (codified <br /> as EMC 18.40) and subsequent revision. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of the Ordinance <br /> and determine applicable mitigation fees and/or other requirements prior to building permit <br /> application. The actual charges and requirements shall be as per the information on the approved <br /> plans and an approved Traffic Study at the time of building permit issuance and the ordinance in <br /> effect at that time.You may contact the Traffic Engineering Department for an estimate only of <br /> Mitigation Fees (Michael Brick:425-257-7790, MBrick@everettwa.gov). (Estimate is$2400 per <br /> townhome, with credit for existing residences). <br /> 17. Frontage/roadway/pedestrian/bicycle improvements shall be provided as needed. <br /> 18. Any broken or damaged sidewalk/public right-of-way shall be repaired/replaced in accordance with <br /> current City of Everett Standards and per the City Public Works Inspector. <br /> 19. All roadways must meet City of Everett Standards. <br /> 20.
