Any on-site water main or public water amenity shall be staked within an easement to the City.The <br /> easement shall be 10' on one side of the water main and 5' on the other side of the water main <br /> and/or 5' on either side surrounding a service or hydrant. The easement documentation with legal <br /> description and exhibit shall be submitted to the City prior to issuance of permits. <br /> 12. An RPBA is required on the domestic service for premise protection on this site, and shall be located <br /> in an above-ground hot-box if located outside of the building, or can be located in the sprinkler riser <br /> room. <br /> 13. A DCDA is required on the fire service, and shall be located in a vault outside of the building if the <br /> connection from the main to the building is greater than 70ft, or located in the sprinkler riser room <br /> if within 70' of the connection to the main. <br /> 14. A DCVA is required on any proposed irrigation service and shall be located in an underground vault. <br /> 15. This project is subject to the grease control ordinance as a multi-tenant or strip space (ordinance <br /> 3071-08, Sec. 3.1.B).This means the project will be required to include an in-ground grease <br /> interceptor that serves lines from FOG-bearing drains.
