If reseeding <br /> is not practical due to weather or seasonal restraints, the ground must be covered with mulch as <br /> directed by the City Engineer. <br /> 6. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppression <br /> and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 7. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br /> 8. Stormwater shall be managed in accordance with City of Everett Stormwater Management <br /> Standards current at the time the public works/building permit application package is submitted to <br /> the City for review. <br /> • This project is in the separated storm/sewer area. Currently,the Stormwater code for this area <br /> is the Dept. of Ecology's 2019 Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington <br /> (2019 SWMMWW)with Chapter 4 of the City's Design and Construction Standards and <br /> Specifications for Development manual. <br /> o Include Minimum Requirement#3 Source Control BMPs with the Site Plan. <br /> Construction-related BMPs should be separate and included with the Construction <br /> SWPPP. <br /> o The project appears to require enhanced treatment and flow control to meet <br /> Minimum Requirements#6 and#7, respectively. <br /> o Submit a copy of the Operation and Maintenance Manual separately from the Site <br /> Plan for Minimum Requirement#9. <br /> o The project will be required to drain to the Hardeson Pond regional facility(not to the <br /> street). <br /> o The adjacent business park has a french drain that discharges to the project site, <br /> which will need to be tied into the project's stormwater system. <br /> o Complete the Declaration of Covenant and Grant Easement form, which is located <br /> here: https://everettwa.gov/1985/Stormwater-Technical-Resources. <br /> • A Construction Stormwater General Permit, administered by the Department of Ecology, will <br /> be required for this project if it will disturb an acre or more of land. Stormwater system development fees in accordance with Ordinance 3632-18 (codified as EMC <br /> 14.08.135) and subsequent revision are applicable. These fees are based on square footage of <br /> proposed new plus replaced hard surface area. Refer to the Utility&System Development Fee <br /> Schedule for estimated fees.The actual charges shall be computed by the Public Works reviewer <br /> per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to the information on the approved plans at <br /> the time of permit issuance. <br /> 10. System development fees for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with <br /> Ordinance 3632-18 (codified as EMC 14.08.135) and subsequent revision are applicable.
