Our emails to him began to bounce. Regardless, one outstanding piece of this project that we had an inquiry on was the approved landscaping plan. While this plan was approved, we'd like to make a few substitutions based on further consultation with a former 17-year manager of the Bellevue Botanical Gardens. These substitutions are attached above. Underwood Gartland has developed 3 sites in the half mile radius of this site and so is pretty familiar with the challenges to landscaping these reclaimed mines hold. We've just done a survey of our surrounding sites and believe the adjustments attached will produce better results.
