A substantial change in the layout will constitute a change in <br />scope and will allow Perteet to negotiate additional compensation for the change. <br />x Proposed improvements will extend beyond the existing right-of-way. Right-of-way <br />plans will be developed by Perteet after comments are incorporated from the 30% review. <br />x All required walls will need to be structurally designed by David Evans and Associates, <br />Inc.. Perteet will provide preliminary wall alignments and profiles in AutoCAD format <br />for David Evans and Associates, Inc. to use in creating plan sheets. <br />x The bid schedule for the opinion of cost will include up to one (1) bid schedule. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />x 30% design-level plans (half-size [11”x17”], PDF) <br />x 30% design-level opinion of cost summary (Excel) <br />x Preliminary wall alignment and profiles to David Evans and Associates, Inc. (AutoCAD) <br /> <br />Task 12.3.2 - 60% Plans and Opinion of Cost <br />Perteet will prepare 60% civil, roadway, water, and drainage plans and opinion of costs for the <br />construction contract, and incorporate applicable comments received from the City based on the <br />30% submittal deliverables. The plans and opinion of cost will be submitted to David Evans and <br />Associates, Inc. to be incorporated into the 60% P&E set. <br /> <br />Response to 30% Comments <br />Perteet will attend one (1) comment review meeting with David Evans and Associates, Inc. and <br />the City staff and provide the City with written responses to the City’s comments.
