Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br /> <br />Hultz BHU Engineers, Inc. will be providing an AHSRAE Level 2 Building Energy Audit <br />of the Everett Station. The purpose of the Audit is to provide analysis of the building’s <br />energy consumption by end-use to identify areas with the greatest opportunities for <br />energy efficiency. <br /> <br />Our work would be to interview staff, and analyze the building’s various envelope, <br />electrical, mechanical, and control systems that serve the building, and provide Energy <br />Conservation Measures (ECMs) to reduce the building Energy Utilization Index (EUI). <br /> <br />The deliverable would be a report with, as a minimum, the following sections: <br />• Table of Contents <br />• Executive Summary <br />• Background <br />• Facility Description <br />• Utility Summary <br />• Benchmarking <br />• Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) <br />• Appendix: Completed US DOE Asset Score/Audit Template tool. This is listed as <br />“Form D” in the Clean Buildings Standard <br />We propose to provide these services on an hourly basis not to exceed $20,000.00 <br />without a written request from the City of Everett.
