Height calculations shall be identified in accordance with the building height handout and shown on both the <br /> site plan and elevation plans.The benchmark used shall be clearly noted and the calculations shall be taken from <br /> the midpoints of the structure, not the corners. Please revise. <br /> 2. The site plan shall meet the minimum residential site plan checklist, including but not limited to: surface area <br /> calculations, lot coverage by building, lot dimensions, setbacks, and height calculations. Note: per the legal <br /> description,this lot is 46'x 120' and therefore 5,520sf. Calculations, lot dimensions, setbacks, etc. should be <br /> revised accordingly. Additionally, prior permit history and an NCB on record (NCB16-007) indicate different <br /> setbacks and building dimensions than what has been identified on the submitted site plan. Please clarify and <br /> revise accordingly. Permit history is available via the City's Digital Records Center and Online Permitting Portal. <br /> The residential construction submittal checklist is available online and includes the minimum residential site plan <br /> checklist and building height handout.The interim permit intake/resubmittal policy is available via the "website & online <br /> resources" link in my signature.
