James Bronder
From: James Bronder
Sent: Friday, October 23, 2020 4:49 PM
To: rad.design@hotmail.com
Subject: Correction Notice 1 Permit Response C2007-009
Rod,
Construction documents regarding this project were received by this office on Oct 9, 2020. However, the revised
drawing(Sheet 1) does not appear to address the Building Division review comments from Correction Notice 1 (dated
September 15, 2020). It appears that the only item that was added to this revised sheet was a building height
calculation and no other changes appear to be made to the drawings. If this is intended to be a complete re-submittal to
address review comments, there does not appear to be enough information provided to perform a re-review from a
Building Division standpoint.
The Building Division re-review for this project will recommence once the following items have been provided:
1. An itemized response letter that addresses each permit comment detailing what actions were taken to resolve
the permit comment. If drawings were revised or added, please note where the change has occurred on the
revised sheet provided with the re-submittal.
2. Complete sets of the construction documents with the re-submittal. "Slip-sheeting" of individual drawings to
replace sheets from a previously submitted drawing set are not performed by the Permit Services office.
For convenience, linked here is the submission process for re-submittals during office closure:
https://everettwa.gov/DocumentCenter/View/24146/Perm itti ng-procedures-during-tem pora ry-office-closure-PDF
Thank you,
—James Bronder, P.E., S.E.
Associate Engineer—Plans Examiner I Permit Services
425.257.8810, Option 5 13200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor, Everett, WA 98201
EVERETTPhone Hours: M/W/Th: 8 a.m.—12 p.m & 1 p.m.—3 p.m.
everettwa.gov/permits I Facebook I Twitter
COVID-19 Update: Please reference our website& online resources for updates to our service during the
COVID-19 pandemic.
