Please revise the site plan such that it clearly identifies all existing/proposed <br /> structures. Update all lot coverage by building calculations, surface area calculations, etc. accordingly. <br /> Note: it does not appear that correction items from other reviewers have been addressed including but not limited to an <br /> itemized response letter addressing permit comments. Please review prior staff correction letters/emails and <br /> consolidate all corrections into one resubmittal package so staff can complete our reviews with consistent plan <br /> sets/information. <br /> The residential construction submittal checklist is available online and includes the minimum residential site plan <br /> checklist and building height handout.The interim permit intake/resubmittal policy and other helpful resources are <br /> available via the "website &online resources" link in my signature. Please submit at minimum 2 copies of any revised <br /> documents/plans and include a transmittal sheet(available online or in the drop-off lobby).
