Please review and respond to the <br /> comments below. <br /> All items in the previous correction letter (listed below) are required to be <br /> addressed prior to a building permit being issued. <br /> All items in the previous correction letter was already address in the previous resubmital. <br /> If another correction cycle is needed, Please omit items already addressed. <br /> The structure in its current condition is subject to condemnation if the corrections <br /> listed below are not addressed. <br /> I . City of Everett and Snohomish County records show a 1-bedroom house with an <br /> unfinished basement and garage. The plans you have submitted show an existing three- <br /> bedroom house with no garage. There are no records of permits for the modifications that <br /> have been done to this structure. Submit new drawings reflecting the conversion of the basement into living space from a <br /> garage, finishing the unfinished basement, removal of the posts supporting the first floor <br /> framing at the basement and alterations to the layout of the main floor including the relocation <br /> of the kitchen, removal of interior partitions, removal of stairs to upper floor and vaulting the <br /> ceiling (if applicable). All modifications shall comply with the current codes,including 2015 <br /> International Residential Code,2015 Washington State Energy Code,2015 Uniform Plumbing <br /> ode,2015 International Mechanical Code,2014 National Electrical Code and the 2015 <br /> international Fire Code.
