Swamp Creek is a Type F stream that runs through the rear of the property. <br /> Construction work that is conducted within 200' of a Type F stream requires a <br /> Biological Assessment conducted by qualified biologists in accordance with PDI <br /> 2000-02 and 2011-01 (enclosed). New construction is not permitted in stream buffers <br /> unless the planning director allows a reduction of the standard stream buffer with <br /> proposed enhancement meeting the requirements and criteria of the enclosed PDIs <br /> and Everett Municipal Code (EMC) 19.37.170.C. A Critical Area Application <br /> (Review Process I) is enclosed with this letter. Also enclosed, are copies of prior <br /> geological assessment documents for reference. <br /> 2. The site plan should include all structures and the stream.
