" 13 1 to 8 Inc. 665 " 19 to 26 Inc. 14 1 to 8 Inc. 666 ,r 19 to 26 Inc. „ 15 16 Section 4: A special fund is hereby created to be called 17 Local Improvement District Fund No. 360 which shall con- 18 sist in the aggregate of the several amounts assessed, levied, and 19 collected on the several lots and parcels of land in said Local 20 Improvement District, and the proceeds of the sale of the bonds of 21 said District , for the purpose of defraying the costs and expenses 22 of such improvement . Out of said Fund shall be paid the bonds, the 23 interest thereon and the entire cost of such improvement . 24 Section 5: The costs and expenses of such improvement shall 25 ^�r equal, be defrayed by special assessments, payable in ten (10) eq.�al , 26 annual installments with interest thereon at the rate of not more 27 than seven per cent per annum under the mode of payment by bonds as 28 provided by law and the ordinances of said City. Bonds bearing in- 29 terest at the rate of not more than seven per cent per annum, pay.. 30 able on or before twelve years from date o f issue shall be issued in 31 payment of the cost and expense of such improvement, or the City -2-
