Crew will drive piles to a maximum 25'after <br /> there will be a$20 a foot charge per pile. Sales tax is subject to change at end of project. Crew will pumping 706 pounds of <br /> polyurethane foam to lift and void fill slab, if crew needs more than estimated amount crew will then charge $7 a pound. Crew will <br /> install helical piles#1-3 along the North side of homes foundation, crew will be removing and replacing necessary amount of <br /> deck boards to install helical piles. Crew will be placing 3 20" composite pads with adjustable 4x4 brackets along each 4x4 deck <br /> posts supporting the roof. Crew will install helical piles#4-8 along the East side of home's foundation supporting garage headers. <br /> Crew will need to remove and replace 5 concrete holes in the driveway slab. Crew will be installing helical piles#9-11 along the <br /> South side of home's foundation. Crew will excavate 2x2 area's in the soil where piles will be installed. Crew will also have to <br /> remove necessary amount deck boards to install piles #10-11. Crew will be installing helical piles#12-16 along the interior of <br /> garage.
