<br /> Crew will install helical piles #1-3 along the North Crew will install helical piles #4-8 along the East side of
<br /> side of homes foundation, crew will be removing home's foundation supporting garage headers. Crew
<br /> and replacing necessary amount of deck boards to will need to remove and replace 5 concrete holes in the
<br /> install helical piles. Crew will be placing 3 20" driveway slab.
