• + i <br /> ORDINANCE Id O. 193O <br /> 1 <br /> An Ordinance providing for a re-assessment in Local Improvement <br /> 2 <br /> District No . 343 of the City of Everett , for the improvement of <br /> 3 <br /> Norton Ave. fron the north line of Hewitt Ave . to the south line of <br /> 4 22hd St . by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper Grade, the <br /> 5 <br /> construction of a concrete pavement, the installation of necessary <br /> 6 <br /> drainage, and the replacement of the 128 foot span at 22nd St . by a <br /> 7 trestle, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete iris- <br /> 8 provement, in connection ther ewitl, all in accordance with Resolutioi <br /> 9 <br /> No . 2746 of the City of Everett , creating an assessment District , <br /> 10 <br /> creating a Local Improvement District Fund therefor, providing that <br /> 11 <br /> said improvement be made by special assessment upon property in said <br /> 12 District by the mode of payment by bonds, and dividing said District <br /> 13 �, ,� District , <br /> into c Direct Benefit+ District and into an Indirect Benefit District , <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Whereas, the City Council of the City of Everett , by Resolution <br /> 16 ,, heretofore ,, initiate 2662 of the City of Everett sought to ini late the im- <br /> 17 <br /> provement of Norton Ave. from the north line of Hewitt Ave. to the <br /> 18 south line of 22nd St . , by the renoval of old lumber, grading to <br /> 19 proper grade, the construction of a concrete pavement, the installa- <br /> 20 tion of necessary drainage, and the replacement of the 128 foot span <br /> 21 at 22nd St. by a trestle, and doing all other work necessary to make <br /> 22 a complete improvement in connection therewith, and <br /> 23 Vhereas, said Resolution No . 2662 has been deemed defective in <br /> 24 that the said Resolution initiating said improvement did not contain <br /> 25 some of the jurisdictional information required by the provisio ns of <br /> 26 Section 7892-14 Reraington? s 1915 Code, and <br /> 27 thereas, it has been therefore deemed necessary to make a re- <br /> 28 assessment in said District, the said District being Local Improve- <br /> 29 ment District 17o . 343 of the City of Everett , in order to cure said <br /> 30 jurisdictional defects in said Resolution No . 2662, and <br /> 31 Whereas, by Resolution No . 2746 of the City of yverett , the City <br /> -1- <br />
