8. A general fastener schedule should be provided per IRC Table R602.3(1). Providing a reference <br /> to this table in the drawings does not satisfy this requirement. In addition, the make and model <br /> of proprietary hardware should be specified where used for connections. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building <br /> Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. <br /> Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br /> These initial comments are general in nature and based on preliminary information.Additional <br /> comments will typically be generated once a complete submission is reviewed. All comments are based <br /> on the 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), and/or the <br /> 2018 Washington State Residential Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington and <br /> adopted by the City of Everett. <br /> These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br /> departments(such as Utilities,Traffic,Planning or Fire).
