November 13, 2024 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., November 13, <br />2024, by President Schwab. <br /> <br />Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Fosse, Schwab, Vogeli, <br />Zarlingo, and Tuohy were present. Council Members Rhyne and Bader were excused. <br /> <br />Council Member Zarlingo led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Council Member Fosse recited the land acknowledgement. <br /> <br />The minutes of the November 6, 2024, meeting were approved. <br /> <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />Mayor Franklin made note of the private/public partnership agreement for Kasch Park Baseball <br />Field Management on tonight’s agenda. She also commented on her attendance at a Day of the <br />Dead celebration on Sunday and an Outdoor Multipurpose Facility Project community <br />information session on Tuesday evening. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />The following members of the public spoke: Katherine Pavelka, Leo Lorge, Emily Simpson and <br />Holly James. <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />Council Member Tuohy requested that additional budget answers from staff be posted online <br />following the questions raised at last week’s Council meeting. <br /> <br />Council Member Zarlingo commented on the Built Environment Committee meeting held earlier <br />this evening. <br /> <br />Council Member Vogeli commented on the Northwest Room at the Main Library and her <br />attendance at the Built Environment Committee meeting. <br /> <br />Council Member Fosse commented on her attendance at the Outdoor Multipurpose Facility <br />Project community information session on Tuesday evening. <br />
