Discussion ensued with David answering Council <br />questions. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8094 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$7,498,960.50 for the period ending October 26, 2024, through November 1, 2024. <br /> <br />GRANT AGREEMENT - LANGUS RIVERFRONT BOAT LAUNCH GRANT CYCLE <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to apply for grant funding and execute all necessary documents with <br />respect to the 2024 Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office Boating Facilities <br />Program Grant for Langus Riverfront Boat Launch grant cycle. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - MERRILL AND RING CREEK BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with David Evans and <br />Associates, Inc for the Merrill and Ring Creek Bridge Replacement Project in the amount of <br />$4,024,383. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED - TRAFFIC SIGNAL MODIFICATIONS AT EVERGREEN WAY AND <br />79TH PLACE SE
