November 13, 2024 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) <br />with DKS Associates. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - KASCH PARK BASEBALL FIELD MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Kasch Park Baseball Field Management Agreement. <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED - EVERGREEN PUMP STATION MODIFICATIONS PROJECT <br /> <br />To authorize Change Order No. 3 to the Construction Contract with McClure & Sons, Inc for the <br />Evergreen Pump Station Modifications Project in the amount of $127,489.64 for a revised total <br />amount not to exceed $4,995,071.64, and total contract completion time of 856 calendar days. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members Rhyne and Bader <br />who were excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS AND PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: <br /> <br />President Schwab stated the public hearings for Council Bills 2410-30, 2410-31, and 2410-32 <br />remained opened from the November 6 meeting and would remain open until the November 20 <br />regular council meeting. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2410-30 <br /> <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE appropriating the budget for the City of Everett for the year 2025 in the <br />amount of $944,422,185 <br /> <br />Heide Brillantes and Jamielee Graves, Finance, presented the Non-General Government <br />expenditure changes and staff answering Council questions. <br /> <br />The following members of the public spoke: Scott Murphy. <br /> <br />Council Member Fosse requested additional information regarding B&O tax rates, licenses, and <br />permit fees and an itemized list of City memberships over $20k per year. <br />
