THE EMS SHALL OPERATE THE CONDENSER WATER <br /> SYSTEM TO PROVIDE CONDENSER WATER SUPPLY TEMPERATURE TO THE HEAT PUMPS (TS4) <br /> IN THE 70 TO 87.5 DEGREES F RANGE. DURING WARMUP MODE AND DAY MODE, WHETHER <br /> CONDENSER WATER PUMPS ARE VARIABLE FLOW OR CONSTANT FLOW VOLUME, WARMUP MODE <br /> SHALL BE INITIALLY SET FOR 6AM TO 7:30 AM (ADJUSTABLE), AND DAY MODE FROM 7:30 <br /> AM TO 6 PM (ADJUSTABLE). DURING NIGHT MODE, PUMPS SHALL BE ALLOWED TO RUN FROM <br /> 11PM TO MIDNIGHT (ADJUSTABLE) AND FROM 3AM TO 4AM (ADJUSTABLE), TO PREVENT <br /> MULTIPLE PUMP STARTS DURING THE NIGHT MODE, EMS SHALL START THE CONDENSER <br /> WATER LEAD PUMP CWP-401, AND VERIFY PROOF OF FLOW. IF FLOW IS NOT PROVED, <br /> ALARM SHALL SOUND AND LAG PUMP SHALL START. ALTERNATE LEAD/LAG PUMPS ON <br /> WEEKLY BASIS. AFTER PROOF OF FLOW IS ESTABLISHED, HEAT PUMPS SHALL OPERATE AS <br /> DESCRIBED. <br /> 2.LOOP TEMPERATURE "SATISFIED", WHERE TS4 IS BETWEEN 70 F AND 87.5 F (INCLUSIVE) <br /> AND TS6 IS LESS THAN 92.5 F.
