Please review and respond to the <br />comments below. <br />NON STRUCTURAL <br />General <br />The building type and occupancy appear to be mislabeled under the building criteria. The building type <br />should be listed as III-B construction and the occupancy should be A-2. IBC 602.3 and 303.3. <br />Fire Protection <br />The location of the fire extinguisher did not appear to be on the plans as indicated in the legend on sheet <br />A1.1 but should be shown on the plans. IBC 906.1 <br />The reference to Drawing A 5.1 in the fire extinguisher legend note does not exist but could be changed <br />to reference Drawing A 1.3. <br />Egress <br />The location and nomenclature of the maximum occupant load signs for the assembly spaces should be <br />shown on the plans. IBC 1004.9 <br />Egress doors should swing in the direction of travel and be provided with panic hardware.
