Category 2: Sensitive information <br />Mr. Johnson <br />Plan Check Number: B2402-035, First Building Review Letter <br />March 14, 2024 <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building <br />Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. <br />Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br />All codes cited refer to the 2018 International Building Code (IBC) as amended by the State of <br />Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. <br />These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Traffic, Planning or Fire).
