I purposely broke this building into two areas so that it could maintain a B <br />occupancy. We have done this on numerous projects in the past and I am not sure why that would change on this <br />one. The occupancy plan also reflects this. I am also unsure why this cannot be type VB construction as noted on <br />the plans. I have no issues addressing the other comments but I am not looking to change the occupancy or <br />construction type.
