RXK Series Scissor Lift Racks <br /> Remove excess grout from the base frames and the surrounding area while still wet.Allow the grout to cure the <br /> manufacturer's specified length of time. UNISORB cure time is approximately 1 hour. After the grout has cured,torque <br /> nuts on the base frame anchors to 50 60 ft-lb. <br /> Q CAUTION <br /> Do not raise or lower the runways until the grout has cured. <br /> SNOTE <br /> Optionally, after the grout has cured,the leveling bolts can be removed for a cleaner looking installation. <br /> 13.6. Secure the Control Console to Floor <br /> Center the control console on the console installation centerline at the desired distance from the runways.The control <br /> console may be installed to the left or the right at the approach ramp end of the lift.The console may be positioned facing <br /> the lift runways or facing the inside of the shop(away from the bay door).Standard placement of the control console is <br /> limited to 39 to 54 inches (914 to 1372 mm)from the outside edge of the leg's base to the front of the console.
