A & B/S2.1 are showing insulation at garage slab per architectural, please take out <br /> insulation as the architectural drawings do not call for insulation. <br /> Insulation is removedtrom s a eta s <br /> 2. The garage slabs have different thicknesses and reinforcement per sheet A-2.0 and S1.1. <br /> Please coordinate. <br /> Structural drawings dictate the slab construction. Architectural is corrected. <br /> 3. It appears <br /> 1that new bedroom foundation detail callouts on sheet S1.1 are shown as A/S2.1 <br /> andt�o/n callouts which arefoundation details, please update callouts or details. <br /> 4. It appears that the footing details A, B, and C/S2.1 are missing size information. Where the <br /> dimensional information is indicated to be Per Plan, that information appears to be missing <br /> on the foundation plan. Please provide, the missing footing information (i.e., width, depth, <br /> stem wall width and depth, etc.). <br /> Information added on plan S1.1 <br /> 5. On sheet S1.2, section detail through the GLB south of skylight is not associate with L/S2.1. <br /> Please update the detail accordingly. <br /> Sections L S2.1 and A 52.2 are revised to add the beam condition as applicable. <br /> 6. Please update A/S2.2 ac ordin ly to show GLB instead of shear wall. <br /> Sections L.S2.1 and A S2.2 are (eVised to add thebeam condition as applicable. <br /> 7. It appears that on sheet 5 of 7 of the structural calculations, HDU 2 hold downs at grid 3 in <br /> the east-west direction are indicated. On sheet S1.1 there are no HDU's identified, but there <br /> are STHD1Os at the wall on grid line C. Please coordinate between the calculations and the <br /> drawings. <br /> STHD's are necessary, they remain. HDU2 callouts are added to the plan. <br /> This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br /> amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br /> during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br /> requirements.
