The comments below were generated from this project's City of Everett Civil Reviewers. All questions shall be routed through this project's Public Works
Reviewer Thad Newport with City of Everett Permit Services (TNewport@everettwa.gov).
# Document Sht/Pg Reviewer's Comment Designer's Response Initials
1 Site Plan A-1.0 Will the driveway be extended to the west to include the new
garage doors in front of"Garage 1" on the Site Plan? If so please
show on plans and include dimensions, square footage and
surfacing material on plans.
2 Site Plan A-1.0 It appears that the covered deck will be over a replaced concrete
slab. The covered deck area will need to be added to the FAR
Calculations on the Site Plan.
3 - - With the addition of the covered deck (noted above)this project
appears to be over the 2,000 square feet (SF)threshold for new
and replaced hard surface area and will need to complete the
Small Project Stormwater Site Plan/Report linked here. Projects
with more than 2,000 SF are required to manage stormwater on-
site when feasible before discharge to the municipal storm
drainage system. If you have any questions when completing this
form I am available to help, but the City cannot complete the form
on your behalf and you may want to consult a civil design
professional for assistance if needed.
