Benefit counselors CANNOT comment on specific coverage <br />issues or benefits, but will refer the employee to the insurance policy and summary plan description for the exact coverage being offered and all <br />applicable terms and conditions. In no event shall any Benefit Counselor advise, or in any way, attempt to urge any individual to apply for <br />particular insurance or a particular company.
