11. Energy Code Electrical and Lighting requirements — this is based on the electrical drawings included in the <br />building permit set #B2404-044. City of Everett does not do plan review for electrical, however the electrical <br />work will be inspected with the electrical permit. <br />Please note Occupancy sensor functional requirements — see C405.2.1.1 and C405.2.1.3. <br />b. Please note that all zones and rooms not controlled by occupant sensors, shall have alternate lighting <br />controls. See C405.2.4. <br />c. Daylight zones should be addressed. See C405.2.5. <br />Please provide a letter or email responding to each of items 1 through 10 listed above with a description of your action <br />or explanation otherwise. Please reference 2021 Washington State Energy Code for Commercial Buildings, section <br />C103.2, and 2021 Washington Mechanical Code section 110.1. Please <br />review the worksheets and the code for revisions complying with the 2021 WSEC-C. <br />Please provide structural calculations indicating the capacity for the equipment being installed, including a <br />description of the existing structure, and an opinion and details by a structural engineer with a licensed stamp <br />indicating that the structure is sufficient for the loads caused by the proposed equipment. <br />Please address the previous comments, and provide a response to each of the corrective notices above, and how they <br />were addressed in the revised submittal.
