Documents consistent with federal and state regulations, as applicable, shall <br />be kept on file in the office of the Agency and made available for review by the <br />County at reasonable times. <br /> <br />B. Such documents shall include, but not be limited to: <br /> <br />1. Articles of incorporation/Tribal charter; <br /> <br />2. By-laws; <br /> <br />3. IRS nonprofit status certification; <br /> <br />4. Current Agency audit; <br /> <br />5. Insurance and bonding policies required by the Contract; and <br /> <br />6. Contract Face Sheet. <br /> <br />XIX. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AND MONITORING <br /> <br />The Agency agrees to participate with the County in any evaluation of the Project <br />conducted by the County, Commerce, or HUD and to make available all <br />information in its possession relevant to such evaluation. The County will monitor <br />the performance of the Agency against the goals and performance standards set <br />forth in this Contract. Remedies for substandard performance that is not corrected <br />to the County’s satisfaction may include Contract suspension or termination <br />following the procedures described in the Basic Terms and Conditions Agreement. <br /> <br />XX. TREATMENT OF CLIENTS <br /> <br />The Agency shall not: <br /> <br />A. Deny shelter to a homeless person or family because of inability to pay; <br /> <br />B. Require participation in a religious service as a condition of receiving <br />assistance; or <br /> <br />C. Require residency in the designated service area as a requirement for a <br />homeless person to receive services. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
