Development of and adherence to an HMIS implementation schedule; <br /> <br />4. Adherence to the requirements set forth in the Local HMIS Data Quality <br />Plan, including timely data entry, internal monitoring of data quality, and <br />timely correction of data; <br /> <br />5. Adherence to the requirements set forth in the Snohomish County HMIS <br />Policy and Procedures Manual; and <br /> <br />6. Adherence to the requirements set forth in the “Agency Partner Agreement” <br />and “User Policy, Code of Ethics and Responsibility Statement” executed <br />by the Agency and Agency’s staff. <br /> <br />XVI. PUBLICITY <br /> <br />The Agency agrees not to publish or use any advertising or publicity materials in <br />which the state of Washington or the County’s name is mentioned, or language <br />used from which the connection with the state of Washington’s or the County’s <br />name may reasonably be inferred or implied, without the prior written consent of <br />the County. <br /> <br />XVII. WRITTEN POLICIES AND PROCEDURES <br /> <br />A. Written policies and procedures consistent with federal and state regulations, <br />as applicable, shall be kept on file in the office of the Agency and available for <br />review. <br /> <br />B. Such policies and procedures shall include, but not be limited to: <br /> <br />1. Personnel and job descriptions; <br /> <br />2. Organizational chart; <br /> <br />3. Travel; <br /> <br />4. Fiscal management; <br /> <br />5. Location of handicap accessible facilities and services for homeless people <br />with special needs; and <br /> <br />6. Provision for bilingual public contact employees as appropriate. <br />
