I am not sure why the split rail <br />fence was proposed oreven the evergreen hedge. Was it to prevent encroachment into the buffer by the <br />neighboring properties? Certainly trees should not be removed to put up a split rail fence. I also received some <br />concerns bysome neighbors that are concerned about the installation of the fence. I will talk this overwith Yorik <br />and see if we need to issue revised landscape modification decision orallowa modification of the landscape plan <br />without issuing a revised decision. <br />Steve Ingalsbe <br />
