Additionally, <br />the February 9, 2017 geotech letter states that they do <br />not recommend infiltration for the area. Please have your <br />geotech address slope stability and whether lateral flow <br />may impact the slope or adjacent property. <br />• The June 22, 2016 geotech report references an October <br />6, 2015 Stability Assessment letter. Attach that letter to <br />the drainage report. Per the DCSS, a geotechnical analysis <br />and report must be prepared for work (i.e., the detention <br />vaults and Storm Chamber) located within 200 feet of the <br />top of landslide or erosion hazard areas (as defined in <br />Title 19, Chapter 37 of the Everett Municipal Code), or <br />where there is reasonable concern of impact to landslide <br />or erosion hazard areas. The scope of the geotechnical <br />report shall include an assessment of impoundment <br />seepage on the stability of the hazard area. <br />• The June 22, 2016 geotech letter states that the geotech <br />should "review the vault design to confirm the <br />recommendations provided in the report are followed <br />and provide supplemental recommendations." Submit a <br />letter from your geotech addressing this. The letter may <br />be a deferred submittal along with the structural plans <br />and calculations for the detention vaults and Storm <br />Chamber. <br />Page 5 of 7 <br />
