12
Drainage
Is the correct GU LD document from Ecology attached to the
Report
drainage report?
Per Ecology's GULD document, the site plans must undergo
manufacturer review and approval to ensure that design
parameters, including site grading and slope are appropriate
for use with the Biopod units. Attach the manufacturer's
review letter to the drainage report.
13
Civil Plans
C-2.14
Show the Bipod design water elevation.
Will fluctuating water levels in the Biopod units alter the
stage -discharge relationship of the flow restrictor?
14
Other
Provide structural calculations and plans for the vaults and
Storm Chamber. These structures must meet City vehicle
loading requirements (attached). This can be a deferred
submittal.
15
Other
It appears that a previous geotech study found groundwater
up to 1 ft below ground surface. Address whether detention
vault flotation will be an issue. You may provide buoyancy
calculations or address this in structural plans and explain in
the drainage report.
16
Drainage
6-7
• SEPA12-017 indicates that there are four wetlands onsite
Report
that will be filled and mitigated. The project shall provide
equivalent storage capacity for any filled wetlands.
• Will the project discharge, either directly or indirectly, to
any onsite or offsite wetland? If so MR #8, applies. City
mapping shows a wetland in the vicinity of the Basin D
outfall and a wetland near Japanese Gulch where Basin A
flows to. Update the downstream map and downstream
analysis to discuss this.
17
Civil Plans
C-2.10
Outfall A requires an easement from the adjacent property
owner.
