23 <br />Other Permits <br />The following are required prior to Public Works Permit <br />issuance: <br />• Provide a copy of the Ecology approval letter to the City <br />for the Construction Stormwater General Permit. <br />• Will the project require an Ecology Industrial Permit? If <br />so, provide a copy of the Ecology approval letter to the <br />City. <br />• It is our understanding that Ecology considers Storm <br />Chamber systems to be U ICs. Provide a copy of the U IC <br />permit approval letter to the City. <br />• Provide all permit approval letters from other agencies <br />(e.g., wetland filling) to the City prior to Public Works <br />Permit issuance. <br />24 <br />Final Binding <br />The final Binding Site Plan shall have a prominent note stating <br />Site Plan <br />the following: <br />• The maximum impervious area. <br />• All pollutant generating impervious surface shall flow to <br />Biopod units per the approved plans. <br />• All impervious surface runoff shall flow to detention per <br />the approved plans. <br />• Basin runoff areas to each outfall shall match the <br />approved plans. <br />25 <br />Declaration of <br />Record the Declaration of Covenant and provide a copy to the <br />Covenant <br />City. <br />Page 7 of 7 <br />
