PUBLIC WORKS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: <br />Jared VerHey, Navix Engineering, 360-790-2312 <br />FROM: <br />Sabrina Fandler,Engineering/Permit Services, 425-2570813 <br />DATE: <br />2-1-2017 <br />SUBJECT: <br />Plan Review Comments for Public Works Permit Application <br />PROPOSAL: <br />Soundview Technology Center <br />LOCATION: <br />5900 36v' Ave W <br />PERMIT#: <br />PW1612-024 <br />A review of this project by the Engineering/Permit Services Division has been conducted on an <br />early submittal basis prior to the completion of the required Land Use Process. A Hold Harmless <br />Agreement was submitted with these plans noting that the applicant understands that this is a <br />preliminary/early review only and is in no way complete. Revisions may be required once Land Use <br />Decisions are formally published if it requires the pry ect to be significantly changed in any way. As <br />such, INN review was a cursory initial review for general comments and engineering compliance <br />with City Standards and Codes only and in no way addresses unpubli sh ed/undetermined conditions <br />of Land Use for this project. Our preliminary review indicates that the following revisions should be <br />made and/or the following conditions must be met prior to resubmittal: <br />1. Please see the compiled list of comments below and the attached redlines to revise your plans <br />accordingly, prior to resubmitting to the Permit Services Counter. If you have any questions <br />regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, please (Erectly contact this project's <br />Public Works plans reviewer, Sabrina Fand er, at 425-2570813 or SFandler&evefettwa.eov. <br />a. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your <br />resubmittal once all requested revisions have been made and Land Use has completed <br />This project will not be eligible to submit a second round of revisions prior to Land Use <br />Completion: <br />i. Transmittal Sheet (1) available online at luMsHeverettova.gov/Permits or at the <br />Permit Counter-2ntl Floor, 3200 Cedar Street. <br />ii. Plans: (4) sets of revised plans plus original City Markups. <br />iii. Drainage Repork(2) copies of revised drainage report. <br />iv. Easement Forth: (1) copy of easement form for water easement with legal <br />description and exhibit attached for review. For an electronic version of this <br />forth, please email Sabrina at SFamder&everettwa.nov. Signing of this forth <br />must be notarized and can take place at the permit counter if needed, typically <br />done at the time of permit issuance for convenience m the owner. This item only <br />needs <br />v. Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation Form: (1) copy of coal estimate forth <br />filled out for the Cily to use to calculate the Public Works Permit Fee. <br />The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:00pm and from <br />1:00pm-4:00pm (closed between 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch). <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
