The following required site plan corecfions have been requested by this project's Structural <br />Reviewer. If you have any questions regarding these comments, please contact James Broader <br />with the City of Everett Building Department (425-25]0287 or JBronder(o/everettwa.eov). <br />a. Structural Comments: <br />i. Provide structural calculations indicating the tracing criteria for a vactor truck <br />has been accounted for is the detention vault gravity framing design and update <br />General Notes as required. Please see attached for clarity of back loading. <br />ii. Provide structural calculations for perimeter exterior vault walls for the design <br />case where the design water freeboard height, soil, and earthquake pressures are <br />occurring on the walls, that exterior face reinforcement is provided where <br />required by these design demands. <br />b. Geotechnical Comments: <br />i. On Sheets C1.1 to C1.6 and C2.1 to C2.13, several retaining walls (MSE Walls) <br />enclosing the parking lots have a retained soil height is excess of 50-ft is some <br />locations. Please provide plan views and elevations that correspond to the <br />schedules indicated is Sheets W1 and W2 for these retaining walls. <br />4. Below are the SERA Comments for reference that are applicable to Public Works Permit <br />Submittal. Please have each of these items addressed within your plans. Some of them may have <br />already been addressed: <br />1. Frontage improvements are required along the entire project frontage on 36e Ave W. The <br />proposed "intersection -style" treatment at the existing cal -de -sac is acceptable. <br />2. Stop signs shall be required on all driveway approaches to the public right-of-way. <br />3. All roadways and driveways shall meet current City of Everett Design and Construction <br />Standards and Specifications for Development. <br />4. Provide pedestrian access to the City sidewalk and all building doorways. <br />5. All traffic control markings and devices along private driveways within 50' of the right-of- <br />way shall be MUTCD compliant. <br />6.
