PUBLIC WORKS <br />]. The on -site water main will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement will <br />be submitted to the City prior to issuance of permits. The easement shall be 5' on one side <br />of the water main and 10' om the other side to allow room for future improvements, and <br />will need to include fire hydrants and water meters. This process typically takes place <br />during the Public Works Permit Application review process. <br />8. The water main loops need to be connected for the two building levels with a PRV <br />installed between the two pressure zones (possible locafion on the NW corner of Building <br />B, within low elevation). <br />9. Industrial Pre -Treatment has no initial concerns about the proposed (shell) building <br />construction. However, there may be issues to address with future tenants that may occupy <br />the space such as floor drainsamder-slab piping and the need for pre-treatment. Such issues <br />will be addressed with future tenant applicants. <br />10.The City of Everett will need to thoroughly review and approve the Plans and <br />Specifications for the proposed 8-inch Ductile Hon water main replacement in Sound Ave <br />This review should be done through the Public Works Permit Application process. Please <br />ensure all details for the water maim replacement are included in the Public Works Permit <br />Application Submittal Package. <br />11. The City of Everett's Sewer Department would like to know if the proposed business will <br />generate high flows discharging to the sanitary sewer system. Please address on the civil <br />plans submitted with the Public Works Permit Application package. <br />12. The City of Everett's Transit Department will need a turnaround and bus stop located at <br />the intersection being installed at the roundabout area at the end of 36rAve W. <br />13. Stonmwater shall be managed in accordance with the applicable City of Everett stormwater <br />management standards. The City will be adopfing new stonmwater management standards <br />to become effective on 1/1/20h9. At this fime, the City's policies regarding vested rights <br />are contained in EMC 15.28 and Planning Director Interpretation #09-02. <br />14.Cunstruction Stonmwater Pollution Prevention will be required for this project in <br />compliance with applicable City standards. In addition, if the overall project will Asturb <br />more than an acre of land, the applicant must apply for coverage under the Washington <br />State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater General Permit. <br />15. A detailed construction sequencing plan shall be submitted to and approved by the City <br />prior to the issuance of arty permits for work un this site. <br />16. Natural drainage patterns un the property must be maintained. <br />17.
