Step Increases <br /> <br />All regular part-time employees who work less than 40 hours per week shall receive an one-half <br />(1/2) step increase upon completion of each 1040 regular compensated hours. The increase shall <br />be one-half (1/2) the difference between the employee's current salary and the next higher step. <br /> <br />D. Circulation Assistant I/Shelvers <br /> <br />Circulation Assistant I/Shelvers shall be employees within the bargaining unit as outlined in <br />Article 16. <br />
