Builder has been notified and has provided pictures of the <br />resolution. Construction conforms to plan set. <br />o Plate Nailing and Framing Clips as specified on plans. Construction conforms to plan set. <br />2nd Floor Exterior Walls: <br />❑ Front P1-2 Exterior Shear Wall (All units) <br />o Edge Nailing and Sheathing Splices: <br />Note: (8) instances of the exterior wall sheathing not running through the specified corner were <br />observed at inspection. Builder has been notified and has provided pictures of the <br />resolution. Construction conforms to plan set. <br />o Plate Nailing and Framing Clips as specified on plans. Construction conforms to plan set. <br />15t Floor Exterior Walls: <br />❑ Rear P2-2 Exterior Shear Wall (All units) <br />o Edge Nailing and Sheathing Splices: Construction Conforms to plan set. <br />o Plate Nailing and Framing Clips as specified on plans: <br />Note: (6) instances of straps and blocking above garage pier per detail 4/S06 were not observed at <br />inspection. Builder has been notified and has provided pictures of resolution. Construction <br />conforms to plan set. <br />o Anchor bolt spacing: Construction conforms to plan set. <br />Note: Interior P2-2 sheathing panels were not observed at time of inspection. A follow up letter will be <br />provided when panels have been sheathed and nailed. <br />
